There is a license that is known as the Disco-theque License (or also as the Dance Bar License or Public Dance/Entertainment License) which is an actual license to have dancing, DJ music and live entertainment in an establishment such as a club, bar, lounge or hotel where the general population is allowed to visit and is given a formal permit by the local or state government.
Required Documents For Discotheque License
- Business Registration
Establish your business legally:

Procedure for Obtaining Discotheque License

Local Police Acts / Police Licensing Rules
